On a break week

Between-cohort break — the next cohort picks up soon.

This cohort: Jul 13 – Jul 24, 2026

Next break: Between-cohort break, Jul 29 – Jul 31

How the cohort rotates

Smallest Shippable

We focus on the smallest thing you can ship and get paid for — a service, a product, or a repeatable offer — so you build momentum and revenue fast.

Next cohort starts Aug 24

Heart-DrivenNow

With revenue behind you, we build the project you actually care about — the one led by your values, not just the market.

Heart-Driven curriculum

1

Day 1 · Monday, Week 1

  • Check in on what you're building and why it matters to you
  • Sort your project pieces into novel versus off-the-shelf
  • List twenty real people who might actually care
  • Write one sentence describing your smallest working version
  • Put up a simple coming soon page with email signup
2

Day 2 · Tuesday, Week 1

  • Pick five people who might support your project early
  • Name the biggest guess you're making about whether people will care
  • Write short personal messages inviting them to see what you're building
  • Send all five messages before lunch
  • Track who responds to learn if your guess was right
3

Day 3 · Wednesday, Week 1

  • Pick five more people to invite as early supporters
  • Write personal messages explaining why you're building this
  • Send each message one by one during class
  • Check who signed up from yesterday's invites
  • Talk through what's blocking your demo from working
4

Day 4 · Thursday, Week 1

  • Check if your project feels different from what already exists
  • Send one gentle follow-up to people who haven't replied
  • Look at how many people signed up after your messages
  • Write a short post showing how you made your prototype
  • Share what you built and what worries you with the group
5

Day 5 · Monday, Week 2

  • Pick one person from the group whose project attracts similar but different people
  • Decide on one simple way to promote each other's launches
  • Write a short proposal message asking if they want to team up
  • Add five more names to your early supporter list
  • Review your prototype and cut anything that won't be ready by Thursday
6

Day 6 · Tuesday, Week 2

  • Pair up with someone else building something and create one shared page or post that shows both projects together
  • Write down who gets credit for what and what happens if one person runs late
  • Build the joint teaser or bundle description and put it online
  • Send five personal messages to potential supporters mentioning the partnership
  • Check that the collaboration protects what makes each project unique
7

Day 7 · Wednesday, Week 2

  • Pick five more people to invite as early backers
  • Score different reward levels by how many choose them and how hard to deliver
  • Write and send personalized messages to contacts sixteen and seventeen
  • Write and send personalized messages to contacts eighteen through twenty
  • Share your campaign ideas with the group and get feedback on reward options
8

Day 8 · Thursday, Week 2

  • Review your two-week project in four areas: money interest, who responded, what you built, what you learned about yourself
  • Reply to anyone who messaged you earlier this week
  • Check your demo works and your launch page draft exists
  • Write a short public post saying you're launching soon
  • Show your prototype to the group and pick your launch date
